The plant is easily accessible via walking on the beach and going through one of the many open windows of the building. Super big place it is very cool

Cool place, however you can't access the plant because the building is falling apart. The security guard mentioned a couple of visitors died in here this is why they fenced off the place.

Worth paying to park and explore this warehouse. Like everyone says, it’s actually not trashed. I hope it stays that way. We went on a rainy day and it was mystical. Glad my date trusted me haha.

Totally awesome. Wide open easy to explore. Virtually trash free, that is truly cool. Lots of graffiti but in a cool urban decay setting, so not bad. The park its in is great too. Was clean and quiet. I recommend this place to no one. Would prefer to keep for myself. There was a fee to park. But gate keeper said motorcycle was free. So that too was awesome
